Personal data processed
Identity and contact data, request/quote content, security logs (IP, access logs) and cookie records may be processed.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to handle quotes and communication, for pre-contractual / contractual steps, legitimate interests (site security, service improvement) and, where required, your explicit consent (analytics cookies).
Transfers
Data may be shared with hosting and email providers in Türkiye only as needed to operate the service, and with competent public authorities when legally required.
Retention
Data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and applicable limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
